A&E Bath & Shower – Limited Warranty & Return Policy

This warranty applies to products purchased and installed in Canada, U.S., and Mexico. For inquiries about warranty coverage, please contact A&E Bath & Shower Customer Service.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise

•Missing products must be reported immediately to A&E Customer Service, with discrepancies noted on the delivery slip and countersigned.

•Products must be inspected before installation. Installation of damaged or defective products may void warranty coverage.

Return Policy

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

•Product is in original, new condition (not installed, altered, or used as display).

•Product is in a current price list (not discontinued or announced for discontinuation).

•Product was shipped in error or has a manufacturing defect.

Products are not eligible for return if:

•They have been installed, modified, drilled, spray-painted, or otherwise altered.

•They have been stored improperly or exposed to weather, causing discoloration or damage.

•They are equipped with custom accessories or options.

Conditions for return:

•Returns require prior authorization via RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) issued by A&E.

Limited Warranty

A&E Bath & Shower warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the owner/end-user.

Warranty Coverage:

•If reported within the warranty period, A&E will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product (with one of equal value).

Warranty Exclusions:

•Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification.

•Damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, natural disaster, or chemical/hard/salty/ferrous water.

•Normal wear and tear, discoloration, scratches, or stains.

Limitations

•This warranty extends only to the original owner/end-user for personal household use and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

•A&E reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time; it being understood that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of the sale of the product in question.

•Under no circumstances shall A&E or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property however arising.

Warranty Service & Claims

To make a warranty claim:

•Contact the selling dealer/distributor or A&E Bath & Shower Customer Service.

•Provide proof of purchase (invoice, delivery slip, or equivalent) and a detailed description of the defect.

•Allow A&E Bath & Shower or its authorized agent reasonable access to inspect the product.
